A contemporary design villa suspended between stone, sea and silence — with a private heated pool, sauna and uninterrupted Adriatic horizon.
Villa Maslina rests on the slopes above Vrbnik, on the eastern side of the island of Krk. Designed in clean contemporary architecture, the house wraps around a long heated pool and opens fully to the Adriatic horizon.
Three generous bedrooms, three elegant bathrooms with premium large-format ceramics, a private sauna, an outdoor kitchen under a designer pergola, and carefully curated interiors — every detail has been chosen to make the stay feel both refined and effortless.
Six small rituals that turn a week here into a memory.
First light from the pergola, olive branches in the breeze, the bell of Vrbnik in the distance.
The pool turns gold, the islands disappear into haze. Twenty quiet metres of water, only yours.
A long table, an outdoor grill, evening light and wines from the surrounding hills — everything is ready for relaxed dinners at home.
Vrbnik's plateau is the only place on earth where Žlahtina is grown. Walk to the cellars; taste at the source.
A skippered boat from the marina — Plavnik, Cres, Goli Otok. Empty bays, dark blue water, lunch at anchor.
Eight beds for eight people, three bathrooms, a kitchen built for long lunches. The kind of holiday no one wants to end.
Every detail considered, nothing superfluous.
Long lap pool with sunbeds and direct access from the living room — open in season.
Whole villa on two levels — three bedrooms, three bathrooms, open-plan living.
Floor-to-ceiling windows facing Vrbnik, the Adriatic and the Velebit range.
Built-in sauna on the ground floor — your own quiet wellness corner.
Designer pergola with grill, sink and dining terrace under olive trees.
Strong wireless throughout, cable TV, smart lighting and climate control.
Secure parking inside the property — for two vehicles.
Secret Beach, Kozica Beach and the old town of Vrbnik are nearby — ideal for sea, wine and evening walks.
Vrbnik is a medieval stone town perched on a 48-metre cliff above the Adriatic — one of the oldest settlements on the island of Krk. Narrow alleys, glagolitic monasteries, and a quiet, lived-in authenticity that the bigger islands lost decades ago.
Krk is reached by bridge — no ferries, no queues. Rijeka airport sits on the same island, twenty minutes away. You can land at midday and be on a sunlounger by two.
The villa sits just above the old town, offering both privacy and walkable access to restaurants, wineries and the coast. Rijeka airport is a 19-kilometre drive, making the island easy to reach from anywhere in Europe.
From the terrace you can see the bell tower of Vrbnik, the lights of Crikvenica on the mainland, and on clear evenings, the silhouette of Velebit beyond.
Villa Maslina is a newly built private villa in the 2026 season. We host every guest personally — directly from the same island. No agency, no front desk, just a phone number that answers.
Every enquiry is answered personally — usually within two hours. Tell us your dates and what you have in mind. Concierge requests such as boat days, transfers and wine tastings can be arranged before your arrival.
